I loved sports as a kid and always up until now as well, I was overweight though when I was a kid and wanted to overcome that and got into weight loss techniques to help me succeed in sports and my needs. So I got I did and learned a lot over the past years about weight loss, now I teach about it and give people recommendations if they are having troubles with weight loss.
